This 23-story, 4-star hotel had many challenges including the use of union labor, using a GFRC cladding to meet the profiles desired, addressing vapor intrusion requirements, and providing the level of finishes demanded. A significant portion of the project included preservation of adjacent historic buildings and the installation of piling without damaging said adjacent structures.
