This historic 10-story building which once was a bank was converted to premium urban residences with a roof-top pool. Many issues took considerable collaboration with a self-performing Developer/Architect/Owner to achieve the project goals within the tight budget constraints. One unique challenge was how to provide a pool without extending the elevator to the roof as that was not a desired option. The solution: take the roof off and put the pool on the top floor!
