Hit hard by Hurricane Ivan, the exterior building envelope was severely damaged allowing water intrusion throughout the building and necessitating a complete gut down to structure and reconstruction. The two 10 story towers and 61 condominiums were completely restored and the facades were updated to a more contemporary look.
