This 400-car garage needed to mimic the adjacent high-rise office building’s pink granite skin using a precast concrete structure and façade panels. The architecture firm of EDR was exacting on its architectural design and through much collaboration, the project was able to move forward within the tight budget guidelines and the stringent schedule.
