This 45,000 SF LEED Gold 3 story building was constructed as the new headquarters for WDB and was built around the functional way that design-build construction is implemented. The structure showcases modern technologies and construction techniques including a 60KW solar system and a green roof, and was site oriented for optimal passive Solar daylighting. The structure was configured with a very cost effective symmetrical frame that does not appear such.
